Would you love to spend 7–10 months living in community, surrounded by nature, learning new skills, and co-creating a more sustainable world?
Then this could be your adventure!
Ängsbacka is now welcoming 8 new ESC volunteers to join our vibrant community and Course & Festival Center in Sweden. Through this funded European Solidarity Corps opportunity, you’ll contribute to a world of harmony, wellbeing, and sustainability, while developing personally and professionally.
You are welcome to join all our festival activities outside of your working hours or on your days off. Our volunteers most often report that they have developed useful practical skills, but even more importantly, improved their self-awareness and social skills during their time with us. Most likely, you will bring some deep insights and newfound friendships with you after this immersive experience at Ängsbacka.

We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated, and ready to learn, open to teamwork, self-development, and living closely with others. You don’t need to know everything. Just bring your energy, openness, and willingness to grow.
