Beschreiwung vun der Missioun:

The Supra Association was created with a passion for the sport of football. Activists become physical education teachers and qualified trainers working in schools and public units in Kwidzyn. There are people who want to work with young people and infect their passion for movement, sport and football in particular.

The training takes place in the afternoons until evening from Monday to Friday, while the matches are played generally on weekends. The target group of the club are children aged 7-16 but also Supra runs a senior team at that time. During spring, summer and autumn they run classes at the city stadium, while in the winter they spend time in the hall.

Aufgaben vum Volontaire:

Volunteers can choose between two specialities, or have a project with combined paths, which are:

1) semi-professional football player in an adult team, with a technical support path.
2) organisational worker plus assistant football coach for young groups with elements of coaching internship.

Scope of tasks:
1)
• daily football training in an adult team, and matches with other regional teams
• summer training and activities outdoor, winter training in the sports hall;
• taking care of equipment, delivering uniforms to the laundry place, checking the materials and equipment for training;
• working hours are 15:00 – 22:00
• assisting some time to time in young group classes;
• taking care of Supra’s gym and equipment
2)
• periodic football training for children and youth aged 7-16 from September to June, different age groups and levels
• summer training and activities outdoors, winter training in the sports hall;
• leading sport-oriented English language classes, warm-ups and elements;
• seasonal competitions organized between Kwidzyn sports clubs and the clubs of other towns; supervision of the kids during events;
• International children’s day – event and integration meeting for children and young people playing in the club with their parents;
• summer camps that last 7 days or longer, outside Kwidzyn;
• helping with organisational issues, organising events, and making photo and social media content;
• if skilled – using a drone to record matches, events and so on;
• making match analyses and technical solutions
• taking care of Supra’s gym and equipment

Gesichte Profil:

We are looking for motivated candidates with a proactive, creative, problem-solving and initiative-taking attitude, well-developed organizational skills and at least a basic knowledge of English. The one who really enjoys public speaking and is not scared of daily routine, highly motivated to organize different activities that strengthen the
integration between polish and international students, kids and youngsters.
