Hey there! Be the spark that makes kids’ eyes light up! You don’t need to be a baseball expert – just bring your passion, energy, and the desire to inspire young talents. Imagine giving a child the confidence to throw their first ball, being part of a team that grows, laughs, and celebrates together.
As a volunteer at the Baseball-Schule, you’re not just giving your time – you’re making a difference. Join us on this incredible journey – we need YOU!
We’re a non-profit organization in Vienna, using baseball to support the development of kids ages 4 to 16. Our motto, “Freedom to perform!” means giving children the chance to excel in sports and in life. With us, they’ll gain skills and confidence to tackle any challenge and live a fulfilling, self-determined life. We focus on fostering a healthy mindset critical for success, using Positive Coaching methods to boost happiness, optimism, resilience, and more.
Since 2019, we’ve introduced baseball to over 15,000 kids in Vienna. In 2024 alone, we organized 8 school sports festivals with up to 300 kids participating, took part in international tournaments in Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and Slovakia, and hosted three major events with 100+ attendees. We’ve built partnerships from Australia to the USA and work with universities and media to further our mission. Now, we’re thrilled to welcome a European Solidarity Corps volunteer to our team!
Tâches du volontaire:
