Tâches du volontaire:

WORK WITH CHILDREN:

You will visit a local elementary school and afternoon school twice and prepare some activities for children. You will also prepare the Santa Claus packages for the children, as per the tradition in the village.

LEARN ABOUT NEW CULTURE:

To broaden your worldview, you will take part in different cultural activities such as the Day of Nation, the Mediterranean Day and the International Day of Volunteering.
You will also have the chance to go to Veszprém, the European Cultural Capital of this year 2025.

PREPARATION FOR DAY OF LUCA:

You will take part in the local Day of Luca celebration — a special Hungarian winter tradition in Nagyvázsony. During the event, you will help with decorating, preparing small workshops, and sharing the festive spirit with the community through creative activities and games.

COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL:

Visual documentation is important to us, so taking good pictures, updating our facebook and instagram (posts, stories and reels), making a short film and creating articles are also a part of volunteer work.

ACCOMMODATION
Volunteers will live in a tourist hostel. The hostel can provide about three rooms for 15 people. Every room has its own bathroom. Hostel has one kitchen with cooking tools, a dining area, a washing machine, and WiFi.
