The « Windmill » Foundation is one of the biggest non-governmental organizations in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. « Windmill » helps people from Fordon district: children, unemployed people, disabled people, seniors and others who need help. The « Windmill » invites people to take part in concerts, competitions, festivities and meetings with famous people. In 2004 Wiatrak started international co-operation offering meetings, European Voluntary Service, workshops, trainings and youth exchanges
