After a scavenger hunt through the city of Esch, you will have a guided tour of the blast furnace of Belval. Discover the functioning of the blast furnaces and steel production and climb up to the viewing platform at a height of 40 meters. The ascent over 180 steps is entirely safe and rewarded by the breath-taking view from the top. The guide will tell you about the conservation concept of the blast furnaces within the City of Sciences, Research and Innovation, the development of the new quarter, as well as the urban projects.
