During the volunteering service, the participant will be involved in the daily activities of the youth centre and will be provided opportunities for initiatives and collaboration with associated partners in the hosting community. The participant will be able to cocreate their own volunteering journey and contribute with their own ideas and skills.

The call is open until the end of June, starting time of a service in September (for 12 months).
However we are constantly on the lookout for volunteers, so if you have missed the deadline, don’t hesitate to reach out and inquire about the open calls!

Gesichten Profil

We are looking for you if you are:

-Able to support different types of leisure activity, from indoor to outdoor activities.
-Ready to take some initiative over time to contribute to the activities of the youth centre.
-Competent in artistic expression and/or have experience in sports or music field.
-Ready to overcome the possible language barrier with the youngsters and to learn Estonian.
-Willing to live in Estonia, to experience the local and rural life, culture, and Nordic climate.
-Willing to work with young people aged 7-26 years old.
-Able to communicate in English.
-Aged 18 – 30 years.
You are likely to have the best volunteering experience in this project if you’re motivated towards social and youth work. For the rolles you must be sociable, proactive, open-minded, tolerant, creative and self-reliant. Through a strong commitment to the tasks, you’re ready to challenge your interpersonal skills, resilience and other features according to the specific tasks you’ll be assigned to.
