Description de la mission :

Intercultural Association for All (IAFA) is a non-governmental organization based in Barcelos, Portugal, whose main mission is to promote and boost international mobility and training opportunities for young people and adults, thus contributing to building active citizenship and fostering a fairer, more inclusive and supportive society.
Founded in 2013, IAFA has an international team of qualified professionals committed to the social sector, who dedicate themselves daily to ensuring the best results in the projects carried out in collaboration with the Association's various partners.
By establishing a vast network of local, national and international partnerships with both public and private entities, the Association has significantly expanded the scope of its initiatives and consolidated its position as a benchmark entity in the fields of mobility and interculturality.
The Association's work encompasses various programs and projects at the local, regional and international levels, focusing on crucial issues such as human rights, the equality of opportunities, migration, climate change, non-formal education and social entrepreneurship. These projects and initiatives mainly target young people and adults who are motivated to acquire intercultural skills, play an active role in society and, at the same time, develop their artistic, creative and leadership skills.
IAFA currently works actively with programs such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, taking on the roles of coordinating, sending and hosting organization. Within these programs, the Association is dedicated to connecting participants to social, cultural and solidarity opportunities that allow them to immerse themselves in different cultures, learning patterns, political systems and economic and social development dynamics. This type of experience not only facilitates the improvement of language skills, the deepening of specific knowledge and the assimilation of new interdisciplinary and multicultural experiences, but also plays a fundamental role in promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity of each participant.
